Our last day in London...

All the students say they don't want to leave... But that's life!
In the morning our host families have driven us to our meeting point in the church where we have left our suitcases.
Zeinab, our guide, was late and told us that today was a crazy day on the underground because there was a big delay. So, we could only go to Convent Garden. We haven't had time to go to the British Museum, which is a real pity.

But Zeinab was correct, once in Holborn underground station we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for a delay caused by 'a person on the track'. OMG!

Some of us have eaten the pack lunches while we were waiting.
Now, we are on the airport coach to Luton, tired but happy, after such an experience! Bye, bye London!

  4. I didn't want this trip to end. London is amazing! I enjoyed so much my very first time out of the country. Everything was fascinating. It was really sad when we had to say goodbye to our host families, who were really nice people. It was a pity the fact we weren't able to visit the British Museum and we had to walk really fast to everywhere because we were running late! Convent Garden was huge and incredible. I remember how I fell backwards at the airport, it was soooo embarrassing, but it was also funny. I remember my right inner ear hurted so much at the plane, but it was normal as the pression was high. The London experience has been amazing, we all had a really great time with our classmates and teachers. I'm looking foward to come back to this amazing city.

  9. Today it was so sad, i don't want to leave London, has something that make you stay there because it's special. We were going to the British Museum but it was a lot of traffic, so we only go to Covent Garden, I was wating for British Museum and see Cleopatra, but another day will. We go to Covent Garden about 1 hour and I thought that it will be a big place for shopping and there was a lot of shops, but it's not like that, it is a small square with 8 shops or a little bit more. I bought a magnet fot my fridge and a figure of all the popular monuments in London, it was so expensive! The travel it was so fast, because when you have a good experience, things happen fast!

  14. This was our las day in London... I did't want to have never left London... a beutiful place, nice people, and an extremely good company of my friends and our "iaia". We spend the day on covent garden, but we only stayed there for forty minutes. Then at half past six we took the plane. We get a little afraid beacause the lights of the plane turn off while we were in, but we arrived safe.
